❓Do my Experience Points (XP) expire if I stop trading?
✔️ No. Your XP has no expiration date, and there is no time limit. You never lose your progress; you only move forward. You can take a break and pick up exactly where you left off.
❓How do “Missions” work?
✔️ Missions are specific actions that reward you with XP once completed. These are designed to encourage healthy trading habits or give you a real challenge. You can check available missions in MyFintokei.
❓Where can I track my Fintokei Loyalty Program progress?
✔️ You can track your current XP, view your Tier status, and check which missions are available directly in your MyFintokei zone. Watch your progress bar fill up as you trade and see exactly how close you are to unlocking your next massive upgrade!
❓How does virtual capital boost work?
✔️ It applies strictly to your virtually funded accounts. When you buy a challenge, you start with the standard balance. But once you successfully pass that challenge? Boom. Your newly funded account gets the boost applied automatically.
❓Can I get over 100% performance reward ratio?
✔️ Nice try, but no. The maximum performance reward ratio is capped at 100% across all accounts. You can’t take more than the whole pie.
❓Can I get XPs for failing as well?
✔️ Absolutely. We know that failing is just part of the trading journey. It’s where you learn the most. That’s why you deserve to be rewarded for the effort. Even if you fail a challenge, you still earn XP.
❓How do Boosts work?
✔️ Boosts are the special powers you unlock when you reach a new Tier. Once you level up, these benefits are automatically unlocked for you. From that moment on your unlocked Boosts will be ready to power up:
- every new Challenge account once purchased orevery new Challenge account or
- new virtually funded account once activated.
Note: newly gained Boosts do not retroactively change the rules of accounts you are already trading.
